Terms and Conditions – TrustistÂ
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements and contracts made between You (‘you’, ‘your’) and Us (‘Trustist Limited’ or ‘Trustist Franchising Limited’, ‘Trustist Reviewer’, ‘Trustist Payments’, ‘TrustistTransfer’, ‘TrustistEcommerce’, ‘instantdebit’, ‘us’, ‘our’), whether written, verbal or understood through ongoing software usage.
Our product
- You are entering into a contract with Trustist Limited or a subcompany thereof
- Our agreement with you gives you a license to use our software as agreed:
- Your contract allows you to use your Trustist Reviews code on your sites as agreed in your contract. If you would like to use your code for any additional websites or business locations, you can add additional locations to your contract package by emailing us at [email protected]
- Your agreement allows you to use the Trustist Payments and instantdebit suite of software products for your company or business as required
- The Trustist products remain the intellectual property of Trustist Limited at all times
- Should your billing or payment information fail at any point, we reserve the right to block our software from operating.Â
- Our software is universally accessible, with exceptions as follows:Â
- Reviews: 18+ sites which are unable to gather stars in searches and therefore cannot be supported
- Payments: we operate an onboarding process where enhanced due diligence may be required for certain business areas. For further information on our KYC processes, email [email protected].Â
Product costs
- Our platform costs vary based upon your software, package and number of locations
- Reviews:Â
- Your specific charges can be found within section 2 of your contract. These costs are exclusive of VAT
- If you are based outside of the UK and prefer to pay in your home currency, your contract will reflect your monthly charges exclusive of any conversion fees
- Your contract will automatically renew according to your contract terms for the same length of time as your initial contract, unless your right to cancel is exercised according to the terms below
- Trustist Limited reserve the right to increase costs of your services at every contract renewal period by a minimum of CPI + 2% prevailing in the UK.
- Payments:
- Open Banking (instantdebit) payments: 0.29% – invoiced monthly in arrears
- Card payments: 0.99% – fees taken pre-settlement
- AMEX payments: 2.99% – fees taken pre-settlement
- By entering into the contract, you expressly agree and acknowledge that you are entering into a contract with the obligation to pay via monthly Direct Debit, with the exception of card payments being taken pre-settlement.
Commission payments: Reviews
- Commission payments will be paid to you for any customer you refer to Trustist who signs up to the service, with the following caveats:
- Commission will be paid for the first 12 months of a client you’d referred signing up for a Trustist reviews package.
- Commission will continue up to being paid indefinitely, based on you referring a new client within 12 months and for every twelve months thereafter.
- Commission payments will be paid to you for any customer you refer to Trustist who signs up to the service, with the following caveats:
- For example, you refer a client in month 0. You then refer another client in month 10. Commission will be paid for the first client for the first ten months. As you’ve referred another client, you’ll then receive commission for both clients until month 22 (month 10 + 12 months).
- For example, you refer a client in month 0. You then refer another client in month 18. Commission will be paid for the first twelve months of the first client’s contract (month 0 + 12 months). There will then follow six months of no commission due, followed by twelve months of the second client’s commission due (month 18 + 12 months).
- For example, you refer a client in month 0. Commission will be payable for the first twelve months of the referred client’s contract, which will then cease (month 0 + 12 months).
- Referral commission will be paid directly to your nominated bank account details for as long as it is due
- Referral commission is calculated as follows:
- 1 client referred – 10% of total price paid to Trustist
- 2 clients referred – 11% of total price paid to Trustist (across referred clients)
- 3 clients referred – 12.5% of total price paid to Trustist (across referred clients)
- 4 clients referred – 14% of total price paid to Trustist (across referred clients)
- 5+ clients referred – 15% of total price paid to Trustist (across referred clients)
Cancellation:Â
- Reviews:
- You may stop the auto-renewal of the contract based on the cancellation policy
- You must give Trustist Limited at least three months’ notice of your renewal date in order to stop the contract auto-renewing
- This notice must be made in writing via email to [email protected]Â
- The contract may only be exited at the renewal date
- Trustist will send out a reminder of your contract renewal 30 days prior to your last cancellation date (i.e. the last date you are able to provide three months’ notice).  These notifications will be sent via email to the email address on record for your company. If this email changes during your contractual period, please inform Trustist Franchising Limited via email ([email protected])
- Payments:
- You may cease using the software at any point without exit or cancellation fees
- Fees will only be charged for payments completed
Money Back Guarantee: Trustist Reviews
- We promise to increase one or more of the following items, subject to correct implementation of the software as per Trustist’s specification:
- Clicks from Google
- Star Rating visible in organic Google searches
- Click-through rate
- Impressions in Google
Miscellaneous
- Trustist adheres to the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumer Act 2024
- Trustist Limited has a duty to provide the services as outlined in your contract. These services will be active from the date of contract signing (to cover your account being set up and activated and your custom line of code produced)
