Poor customer service sums up my experience here. Took a shirt for dry cleaning to et rid of some stains but was advised that washing may be cheaper and will do the trick, which I thought was a nice gesture . When I collected my shirt after the wash, the stain was still there. I was ready to pay for a dry clean but requested that the amount paid for the wash be adjusted against the dry cleaning charge. The amount is insignificant but would have gone some way in keeping a regular customer happy, however the manager refused. I won't be going back ever now. Update to response from business : You have clearly missed the point and your response just goes to prove how much you value your customers. I don’t think customer satisfaction and delight is something you are striving for and whilst I can respond to each of your excuses I don’t think it will change anything .So good luck .

Reply: Firstly our records show that you have used our services 3 times since your account was created in July 2018. Secondly stains are not GUARANTEED to shift either in Laundry or Dry Cleaning process. You were given an option of either, but as you stated you went for the cheaper version. That is down to Customers choice. At no point would we advise the stain would shift. Until the process has occurred no one is aware wether or not stains would shift. The shirt in question was brought in October and collected 13 November. If you had a issue this should have been dealt with earlier not nearly another month later. If money is not an issue why suggest to offset the cost? Customers who come regularly (weekly and monthly) are very happy with our services. left 2018-12-05T14:31:32
