I visited Timpson Lewisham for engraving on a wedding gift. I had previously been turned away from two other Timpsons because they didn’t have the correct tools but Marcin in the Lewisham branch was very friendly and helpful and he was able to do it for me then and there. He took into account that the item was a gift, talked me through options and was patient while I decided. Great service, thanks again!
