I've been to this venue a couple of time and the guy at the reception was really rude and unprofessional. I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable, the guy was not helpful at all, he blacklisted me on the email sistem and when I walked out and said goodbye, he didn't considered me at all. It's a shame because this snappy snap is really close from where I live, but from the next time I will go in Ealing or in Chiswick, where I will find professional, welcoming, and especially civilized people.
