We were very impressed with the service on our oven. Daniel rang to ask if he could come earlier- I’ve never experienced a service person who wanted to be early- they usually are late! He was polite, neatly dressed and friendly. He listened to our questions and listened carefully before he answered. Our oven emerged clean as a whistle- we were delighted! Have recommended him to many people in The Regent. If only all trades people were like him.
