Tom came within the hour and replaced my door locking mechanism which had broken. He was friendly, efficient and fairly priced. Can’t ask for anything else in an urgent door lock situation (I couldn’t close my door!) I will not hesitate to call Tom again and would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks.
