A tenant reported a Key broken in door to flat after lock wouldn’t open. I Called Tom at Lockforce Locksmiths at 6 pm on a dark February Saturday evening. He attended within 45 minutes, drilled out the lock, gained entry, examined the lock and found an internal failure, sourced and fitted a replacement lock and left the property secure. It wasn’t cheap, but then the best service and workmanship shouldn’t be cheap. Number is stored in case I need five star service again.
