When our mother moved into a care home from a house that she had lived in for 67 years, my sister and I approached the task of selling the house with a high degree of trepidation. To complicate matters, neither of us lived locally, with each of us having a journey of approximately 3 hours to reach the house. However, from the moment that we contacted the Lawler and Co Poynton office we were greatly impressed and our fears receded. Our preferred approach for the sale was immediately understood and consistently applied. Communications throughout the sale process were always clear, concise and timely. When any member of the Lawler team was out of the office the other team members always seemed to be well informed and were able to respond quickly and efficiently to any issues that arose. Clare, Angela and Kirsty did an amazing job to progress our sale to a successful, quick completion. We cannot thank them enough for their excellent, at all times friendly and efficient service.
