Over the 7 or 8 years I have been dealing with Truscotts I have left quite a few good reviews. Earlier this week I phoned to book my car in for a major service and some minor repair work. I was keen to fix a date as I have quite a few other appointments to fix up for February. I was told that the service department were busy but that they would call me back. After waiting 2 days without a call back I booked the car in with a local independent garage for the work to be done. I then emailed Truscotts to explain my disappointment at the poor service - 24 hours later still no call back and no reply to my email.
