Worst experience i have ever had, will never want to use them again, they took over 5 months to repair my car, everytime i called them the only excuse they had was your car is an import the parts are on back order so they waiting for parts, the funny thing is everytime i asked them what parts they are waiting for they always named a diffrent part, i feel sorry for the receptionist how much she has to lie, being in the imported trade for over 30 years, we get parts from japan delivered within 2/3 weeks, i would advise anyone whose insurance company refers then to Essex Emergency Services Ltd to repair there vehicle just say NOOOOOO stright away, its been a nightmare for me, i wouldnt want an enemy to go through what i went through
