As a reasonably new Dunelm the shop is a good size with plenty of stock, kept tidy and maintained. They have a large selection which is mostly available to reserve online, unlike stores like the Currys next door they can handle it. On a Saturday it took only an hour to receive confirmation that the item was ready and it was indeed waiting for me at the collection point. The staff are friendly and available to help and the checkout process reasonably painless. We did have trouble with an item being out of stock once, they said they would call when it was back but never did, we suspected they might not a week after leaving our number and bought an alternative elsewhere. Other than that our experiences have been good. The facilities include a material section where they cut to size and a café which we haven't tried yet. Toilets are also clean and well kept.
