Our first time in any Dunelm store today , But I am an online shopper with the company , after a drive from Twickenham we arrived and were mesmerised , The Store was spotless and so well stocked , if I wasn't able to see something the Lovely Staff were happy to help , including the Lady who was making sure everything was clean and tidy . The Coffee Shop was a joy and Service excellent .My Husband and I both purchased several items from different Departments such as Fabric, Crockery , Magnetic Knife Holders etc etc , and are both delighted with the quality of the Items purchased , and the whole Shopping Experience in this store, The young Male Cashier was friendly and helpful , and we can't wait for our next visit .Dunelm Basingstoke must be a Flagship Store , and We are more than happy to Recommend it to everyone and give Top Marks all round . Thank You Dunelm .
