I am 80 years old and due to a change of medication had a toilet accident, this company came out and restored our carpet to absolutely pristine condition. there are a number of Carpet doctors, this review refers to the one in Birmingham with a telephone number ending in 200 This is not something you talk about usually, but I wanted to give them credit for doing an unpleasant job very well. They were also here the next day. I recommend without hesitation. The pictures are before and after.
