The Problem - Online Reputation Management
Before they began working with Trustist for their online reputation management, Bradleys Estate Agents were collecting customer reviews for their 32 offices across a variety of platforms which meant that they were having to monitor multiple different accounts to read and respond to thousands of customer reviews.
